New release unlocks complete benefits visibility, intelligence and governance across borders

Origin, the AI-native Enterprise Benefits Intelligence platform, has announced significant new functionality to enhance global benefits visibility, intelligence and governance in multinational organisations.

Origin’s latest release brings six interconnected changes – Monitor, Manage, Period Changes, Insights, Amendment and the removal of Processes – into a single, co-ordinated upgrade. The developments mark the biggest updates to the platform since Origin launched to market in May 2025. Primary changes include:

Monitor – a new addition that surfaces portfolio-level KPIs, trends, insights and actions status. Benefits data can be filtered by country or region, with the ability to drill into underlying records.

Manage – a single dashboard that stores draft, published and archived benefits within filtered views rather than separate tabs. Benefits are categorised under a single header with specified term periods.

Period Changes – a dedicated benefits history page and audit feed that ensures timeline changes are explicit across periods, policies, global financing records and representations.

Insights – contextual intelligence on demand that covers duplicated coverage, commission-only broker remuneration, EU pay transparency risk, and more. Users can also access custom insights within this dashboard via Cuido™ – Origin’s Artificial Benefits Intelligence™.

Amendments – this area enables users to capture and record dated, structured changes to retirement benefits. These amendments are layered on top of base documents to ensure a clear timeline of changes that outline what has been modified, when or why to support auditing.

Removal of Processes – renewals now sit in the Actions area within Monitor, offering a more logical workflow that increases visibility of contract periods and time-sensitive actions, reducing business risk and inefficient spend.
